The address list
You do not need everyone’s address.
Send one link to your family and they fill in their own addresses. No group text asking for ZIP codes, no address book to dig out, no envelopes to write.
If you do have the list, type it in or upload a spreadsheet instead.
Before you order

Order by December 8 and your cards reach your family before Christmas. We address and mail them ourselves, so there is no stack waiting on your kitchen table. If we miss that date, you get a full refund.
The addresses have to be right.
Send the address link and everyone types their own, which is the surest way to get it right. A list you type or upload prints exactly as entered, so give it a last look before you pay.

Most people start for a reason. They moved out and wanted to stay in touch. They got married. A baby arrived. Or someone sent them a card last year and they wanted to send one back.
If this is your first year, it is one photo and about ten minutes. Next year you will already have the list.

Questions people ask.
How do you make the illustration?
We use an image model to paint from the photo you upload. You see the finished card before you pay, and nothing prints until you approve it.
Will it look like us?
Usually, yes. You see the card before you pay, so it is never a surprise. If it is not right, try another style or a different photo. Nothing prints until you approve it and pay.
Do I have to have it painted?
No. Pick No filter and we print your photo exactly as you framed it, with no wait. Or pick Christmas outfits: the photo stays a photo and everyone in it wears Christmas sweaters and plaid. You see the card before you pay either way.
Can I change the card after I pay?
No. Paying sends it straight to print, so the card you approve is the card that gets made. Look it over before you pay and change anything you like up to that point.
What happens to my photo?
It is deleted after 30 days. We never use it to train anything and we never share it. You can also delete it yourself at any time from your order page.
When do I have to order?
December 8 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. We mail within two business days and USPS first class takes five to seven, so a December 8 order lands between December 17 and 21. After that we keep printing until December 17, but we stop promising Christmas.
Do the cards come with envelopes?
No. These are five by seven postcards, mailed as they are. That is why there is no envelope fee and no stamps to buy.
Can I send to more than one address?
That is the point. There is no minimum and no maximum, and the price per card drops as the list grows.
What if I do not have everyone's address?
Send one link to your family and they fill in their own addresses. Nobody sees anyone else's. We print as the addresses come in, so nobody waits for the last person on the list.
What if an address is wrong?
The card prints exactly as it is typed and goes straight into the mail. There is no return address on it, so anything USPS cannot deliver is destroyed rather than sent back, and there is no refund. Read the address twice before you pay. It is the one part of this we cannot fix for you.
What if fewer addresses come in than I paid for?
Those cards are not printed and the money is not refunded. Your link is open for three days, we email you before it closes, and the count is on your order page the whole time, so send it early and nudge anyone who has not answered.
How many people can be in the photo?
Up to twelve. Pets do not count against that, and they belong in the picture.
What if it arrives late?
If you ordered by December 8 and your cards do not reach your family before Christmas, you get a full refund.
